Final agreement between you and Aktiv Guld has not been entered into until Aktiv Guld has confirmed via e-mail that it is bound by the order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information you enter as part of a purchase is correct, as Aktiv Guld does not subsequently validate or check this information.

Goods ordered at Aktiv Guld’s Danish web shop will be delivered via post or shipping agents specialised in the handling of machines and valuables.

Delivery can take place during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.

Our shipping agent can contact you prior to delivery to agree on the time of delivery.

Estimated time of delivery is marked with a stock symbol on each product in Aktiv Guld's web shop. The actual time of delivery will depend on the post or the shipping agent.

Our delivery does not include carrying the goods into your premises or returning with the packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order can be received.

Information about special delivery and access conditions shall be given at the placing of the order.

Receipt of goods

A recipient with the power of attorney from you to sign for receipt of the goods shall always be present in connection with the delivery of Aktiv Guld’s products. If no such authorised person is present at the delivery address at the agreed time of delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee for futile delivery and a new time of delivery will, furthermore, need to be set. The delivery fee will be charged each time that there is no authorised person present to sign for delivery at the agreed time of delivery.

When you receive the ordered products, it is important that you check whether the products are correct and whether there is any visible damage. If everything is as expected, the shipping agent will ask you to sign for receipt.

If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of defects, you shall sign for receipt on the bill of carriage with reservations of possible damage to the contents or not receive the goods and ask the chauffeur to take them back. If a product is shown to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact our customer service that will help you find a solution. For evidentiary reasons please contact our customer service 5 days at the latest after receipt. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service on +022 27 80 100 or via e-mail: ag@aktivguld.com.

We make reservations for incorrect prices, typing errors, sold-out goods and force majeure, including failed deliveries on the part of our suppliers.

We make reservations for any printing errors and possible future product and price changes on the part of our suppliers.

We also make reservations for currency fluctuations and the like.

The whole or parts thereof may not be reproduced without permission.

Force majeure

Aktiv Guld is not obligated to fulfil an agreement that has been entered into if this is prevented by circumstances which Aktiv Guld could not reasonably foresee and which are outside Aktiv Guld’s control.

Circumstances which cannot be prevented or overcome are, for instance, work-related conflicts, arson, accidents, war or other conditions outside our control.

We undertake to complete the agreement when conditions once again make this possible unless you as the customer have cancelled the product before then.
