This extraction unit is particularly well-suited for removing and neutralizing any hazardous fumes and particles generated during laser engraving or cutting.

The unit is equipped with two flexible arms and a three-stage filtration system:

• Pre-filter (OK50202): The pre-filter captures the coarsest particles, including metals removed during laser-engraving and cutting. Therefore, if you work with precious metals, it is recommended that you send the pre-filter—along with any accumulated dust/residue—for recycling.
• Middle-filter (OK50203): This filter captures microparticles down to 0.3 µm.
• HEPA-carbonfilter (OK50204): The HEPA/ carbon filter neutralizes 99.97% of harmful smoke and gases, as well as odors.

The extraction unit can also be used for various tasks at your workbench, such as soldering, grinding, etc. The included large nozzles capture fumes generated during soldering and melting, or gases produced during electroplating.

When using only one extraction arm, the second outlet can be closed off using the supplied cap (OK50205).
