These Terms & Conditions are applicable when as a private consumer you order or purchase goods at www.aktivguld.com, which is owned and operated by:

We recommend that you read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase at www.aktivguld.com (“the Website”).
The Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time (for instance in order to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant legislation and regulations), and we therefore ask you to accept the Terms & Conditions each time you make a purchase from us. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you cannot order or purchase any goods on the Website.
At www.aktivguld.com you can order goods 24 hours a day. The webshop may at times be offline due to maintenance. We endeavour as far as possible to carry out such maintenance at night.
We process orders on Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following working day.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase goods at www.aktivguld.com, as well as being the holder of a valid credit card that is accepted by us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the customer details you provide as part of your purchase are correct, as Aktiv Guld does not subsequently validate or check this information.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any one of the following circumstances without any liability for damages or other expenses:
Prior to submitting your order you have the chance to amend the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment details. You also have the option of changing the goods or removing goods from your shopping basket.
When you click “Purchase and pay”, a receipt will appear on your screen. From this point on, your purchase agreement is binding. Please read more under “Right of cancellation”.
Please contact our Customer Service if you have made an error when placing your order – our personnel will be ready to help you.
You will receive an order confirmation in an email in which the price and estimated time of delivery are stated. The order confirmation contains a copy of these Terms & Conditions. You hereby accept that such an email is the only documentation of the signing of the agreement and its content.
Once the agreement has been signed, the rules on right of cancellation apply, see below.

We do not charge any card fees.
The full purchase amount will be charged to your account when your order has been produced and is dispatched from our stock for shipment.
The final invoice is forwarded with the package. If you wish the invoice to be sent by email, please inform Aktiv Guld to this effect.
Goods ordered from Aktiv Guld’s Danish webshop are delivered by PostNord. Ordering machines Danske Fragtmænd, Dachser or UPS who are specialised in handling machines and valuables will handle the delivery. Delivery can take place during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
Our shipping agent can contact you prior to delivery in order to agree on the time of delivery.
The actual time of delivery will depend on PostNord or the shipping agent, but usually takes within 3-5 workdays from order date.
Our delivery does not include the goods being carried into your premises or packaging taken by return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order can be received.
On delivery of Aktiv Guld’s products there shall always be a competent recipient present who has a power of attorney from you to sign for receipt of the goods. If a time of delivery has been agreed with a shipping agent and there is no authorised person present at the delivery address at the agreed time of delivery, you will be subject to a delivery charge of DKK 125.00 for unsuccessful delivery and a new date of delivery will have to be set. The same applies if the package is not picked up from PostNord and is returned to us.
The delivery charge will be charged each time there is no competent, authorised person present to sign for delivery at the agreed time of delivery.
When you receive the products ordered, it is important that you check whether the goods are correct and whether there is any visible damage. If everything is as expected, the driver will ask you to sign for receipt of the goods.
If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of defects, you shall either sign the consignment note for receipt of the goods indicating reservation for any damage to the contents or refuse to receive the goods and ask the driver to take the goods by return.
If a product proves to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact our Customer Service, which will help you find a solution. In order to secure evidence of any damage, we encourage you to contact Customer Service as fast as possible after receiving you order. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act concerning defects are applicable to the agreement with the clarifications pursuant to these Terms & Conditions.

We only accept packages that are shipped directly to our address. When returning the product, we request that you enclose a detailed description of the problem.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel an agreement without specific grounds within 14 days of the day on which you received your goods. Within this period of 14 days you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and exercise your right of cancellation. Notification must be provided by mail, by letter or similar. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to receive the goods without at the same time notifying us that you wish to cancel.
If you have ordered more than one product in the same order, but they are delivered separately the deadline is from the day you receive the last product.
Has an agreement about regular delivery of products over a defined period been made, the cancellation deadline expires after 14 days from the day you receive the first product.
Delivery of sealed products that are not suited for returning because of health or hygienic reasons and where the sealing has been broken after delivery.
Purchase of products that are ordered on the basis of individual sizes, including cutting of chains, sheets, wires and tubes, cannot be cancelled.
Delivery of sealed sound or video recordings or computer software that the consumer has broken the seal on.
There is no right of cancellation on courses with set dates.
When you return the goods, they must be sent in suitable packaging similar to that in which you received the goods. The return of the goods takes place on your own account and at your own risk. If you have received the goods as valuable post, they must be returned as such. Always forward the goods by parcel post and keep the postal receipt so that the shipment can be traced.
The goods must reach us within 14 days of the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase agreement. Once we have received the goods and checked that they live up to the rules on cancellation, we will reimburse your payment. We will reimburse the amount within 14 days in accordance with Section 12c of the Danish Consumer Protection Act.
Some products are not suitable to be returned as normal post. This concern: machines.
The costs for returning these kinds of products are expected at most to: DKK 500.00.
If the product has lost value due to your handling the product in a way that are not necessary to determine the type of product, properties, and function, we only return a part of the purchase amount. The amount you get returned depends on the product’s commercial value and in some cases, this means that you only get the freight costs returned.
We recommend that you ship the product in the original packaging. Is the original packaging missing, this may result in an impairment of the product.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you receive your money back. If the product is decreased in value, we deduct the amount you are responisble for.
We will refund all payments that we got from you including delivery charges (this doesn’t apply delivery charges in cases where you have chosen another delivery form than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive you message regarding the cancellation. We return the money with the same means of payment, that you used when purchasing the product unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the payment until we have received the product unless you send us documentation of the return.
You must defray the direct expenses regarding the return of the products. These expenses is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. DKK 100.00.
You exercise your right of cancellation by notifying us to this effect. You can, for example, send an email or a letter in which you state that you are exercising your right of cancellation:

Aktiv Guld is not obliged to fulfil an agreement that has been reached if this is prevented by circumstances which Aktiv Guld could not reasonably be expected to foresee and which are beyond Aktiv Guld’s control.
Circumstances which cannot be prevented or overcome include, for example, labour disputes, arson, accidents, epidemics, war or other conditions beyond our control.
We undertake to fulfil the agreement once conditions again make this possible, unless as a customer you have cancelled the order.
We treat your personal data in confidence.
We need the following information when you place an order in our webshop:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and transmit the personal data that are necessary to deliver the product to you. Furthermore we transmit the data to the following companies:
Google Analytics works with a cookie to track user activity. This cookie holds a random generated ID that are used to recognize your browser when you read a webpage that uses Google Analytics. The cookie holds no personal data and is only used to analyse webpages. We use Google Analytics to measure and analyse the activity on our webpage www.aktivguld.com such as pages visited, user geography, and behavioral history.
The personal data is registered at Aktiv Guld A/S and stored for five years after which the data is deleted.
We work with a number of other companies that store and handle data. These companies handle the data strictly on our behalf and may not use them for their own purpose.
We only work with data processors in EU or other countries that can give your data the sufficient protection.
The data controller on www.aktivguld.com is Aktiv Guld A/S.
You have the right to be informed about which data we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate you have the right to have them deleted. In some cases we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request us to do so. This is for example if your data no longer is necessary for the purpose for which we were to use them.

Aktiv Guld is liable for defects and other non-compliance pursuant to the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Danish Consumer Protection Act. Aktiv Guld has the right to fulfil its defect obligations by means of repair or replacement.
These Terms & Conditions, as well as agreements that are entered into pursuant to the Terms & Conditions, are subject to Danish law.
Copenhagen District Court has been agreed as the venue.
