KC sheet ingot for the modular KC system. This ingot is designed for casting sheet with a width of 30 mm, a thickness of 5 mm and a length of 55 mm.

The ingot consists of two cylindrical mold halves that are mounted in the corresponding KC adapter. Two O-rings hold the mold halves securely together and ensure precise alignment without the need for screws or clamps.

The large pouring opening, with a diameter of approx. 40 mm, ensures rapid metal flow and makes controlled pouring easier. The solid construction supports rapid solidification of the molten metal and contributes to consistent casting quality.

The ingot can be used both for traditional melting in a melting pan followed by manual pouring and in Indutherm MC casting machines. It is made of solid stainless steel and designed for precise and long-lasting use in professional workshops.
