Radial bristle disc – precise deburring and finishing
The radial bristle discs are designed for professional deburring, polishing, and surface treatment of metals – ideal for goldsmiths, jewelry designers, and workshops working with precious metals and intricate details.
The bristles are made of flexible synthetic fibers embedded with an abrasive material harder than most metals. This ensures effective removal of oxides and impurities – without the need for messy polishing compounds. At the same time, these discs generate far less heat than traditional rubber wheels, making them suitable even for delicate surfaces.
The radial design ensures consistent contact with the surface, making the bristle discs perfect for contours, rounded edges, and hard-to-reach areas on jewelry and pieces in platinum, gold, silver, copper, tin, and brass. They can be used individually for precision work or stacked for greater coverage.
Radial bristle discs are available in four grit sizes, giving full control over abrasion and desired finish:
- K80 – yellow: Coarse deburring and rapid material removal
- K220 – red: Medium finish and light surface treatment
- K400 – blue: Fine polishing and smooth finish on metal surfaces
- X-fin – pink: Very fine polishing and gentle deburring of delicate surfaces
